Create an app with a spreadsheet.

Name of the App

Base64 encoded Spreadsheet File

URL of a Spreadsheet File. Public share links from Google Sheets and Dropbox are also supported.

A XML string defining the layout of the App. You can create an App at https://www.openasapp.net/portal#!/apps/wizard and take the XML from the Advanced tab. You can reuse the XML from a dummy file as long as the basic structure of the sheets are the same.

Set to true if your app should require an invitation from you to be accessed
